Absolutely brilliant piece of kit. Hidden the waste pipe with so little fitting required. Shorter lengths available so very little waste.
I thought £23 shipping was a little steep but overall it was well worth it.

Supplier was keen to replace item damaged in transit.

Excellent service (especially considering I made a mistake in my original oder), and delivery. The product is also very good, my only gripe is that, being DIY, I had to by a 1.5m length, when I only needed 30 cms. But, so I have quite a lot left over...

Great product. Postage a little steep but worth it.

Product is good but shipping costs seem very high with no explanation why.

Shipment super fast. Good product just think the joints fittings are a bit pricey. Would think plastic ones would be cheaper to produce over using the boxing material.

Excellent product however there was some damage to part of the order, this was quickly resolved by a very efficient customer service department.

Product arrived damaged but the customer support was excellent.

Looks a lot better than the 30 years old home-made tile box it replaced. No need I think to fix on with battens in a domestic install, just use good sealant. Easy to cut, its basically compressed cardboard.

Needed to box in some ugly pipes in the kitchen and this product exceeded my expectations.
Good quality and fast delivery.
My only complaint was the item cost over £20.00 to post. I feel that was excessive.
However would definitely recommend.

The product and the company have been amazing, it is the shipping company that let them down, the package had suffered crush and puncture damage during transit. Once I had opened the package, there was quite severe damage to the product, thankfully, there was enough good material for me to use. The company offered to fully replace, and refund the shipping, I made an offer to accept the damaged product, but accepted the refund for the package.

This is my second order and the product is very good and finishes off the bathrooms
however on the recent order when i unwrapped the parcel there is a small crack c15mm high on the outside of the 200mm casing about 700mm in and the corner is chipped as well
however because i only need about 1800mm it should not be a problem.

Overall a good experience shopping with you.Answered emails very quickly and seems a customer focused company.Upon first delivery the item was damaged in transit which was disappointing , but emailed customer services who dispatched another immediately.This one arrived next day and arrived ok.

The product is excellent . Just the job for pipework I had to reroute at skirting level ! Saves looking at unsightly pipe work ! And would recommend the product to anyone .

Arrived promptly and well packed. No transit damage.

I was expecting the illustrated wooden fixing batterns to be included. Also there was a slight depression in the laminate surface from the moulding / casting process which was disappointing. But luckily this will be out of sight in the main once fixed in place.

BIT EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS.

The finish on this product is good but, the quality is disappointing. The one strip that I ordered was warped at both ends.
The delivery time was very good, as was the packaging.
However, I'm not satisfied with the overall quality.
I will now attempt to find a similar but, better quality product.

Package was damaged by the couriers. Contacted customer service and they responded within minutes offering a replacement.

My order arrived but unfortunately was cracked at both ends.I phoned the company and was answered by a very polite man I suggested that the product needed bubble wrap around the radius part to prevent damage.The replacement arrived within two days covered in bubble wrap and undamaged I am very impressed with the way encasement ltd treat their customers and I would certainly shop with them again.
