Only lost one star because the website says next day delivery, but Royal mail took a bit longer (but that's not Pressparts fault). Comms on the matter were addressed speedliy and efficiently, so I'm a very happy customer !

Excellent Customer service, Ordered a CPC key, as i have a few times, this one arrived with a fault on it, one phone call and it was replaced within 24hours.
