VAT invoices need to be requested with each order, sometimes repeatedly. It's a pain and one of those things that should just be automated for this kind of purchase. It's not a big deal in some ways, but it's a waste of time for and us.

Great speedy service, my only complaint would be using Parcelforce and not Royal Mail, as Parcelforce refuse to leave in a safe place, so always have to go to local Post OFFICE TO COLLECT.

All items arrived well packaged and complete 24 hrs after order placed. Completely satisfied with service provided. Cannot give full five star customer service as ordering online has no person to person contact. Past experience with enquiries however and resolution with questions have been satisfactorily resolved. Overall pleased to deal with KTec.

Overall excellent service from proven supplier. Only one niggle, the Royal Mail tracking number was completely wrong but the goods arrived on time as informed by the e-mail post sent to alert me for delivery.

On Tuesday, Royal Mail didn't wait long enough to allow me to walk from one end of the church to the other. Left a card. Only issue is that particles can only be collected between 7am - 9am under COVID restricted times. So as I didn't see the note until the following morning when I saw the post it had to wait for another day, making it Thursday before I could collect the parcel.
