We had a slight delay with one part of the order, but this was swiftly resolved by the team. Products are great, and Customer Service has been prompt and professional. I definitely recommend the company.

Very happy with the product but there was no communication regarding progress.
I got an email saying they had received my order and were processing it and they normally complete orders in 6 or 7 working days, my order was delivered 14 days after I made it with no further updates or notifications, I just happened to be home when it arrived.

Excellent product and neat.
One suggestion would be to add additional intrusions for the runners/packer, is for the self closed hinges door. i.e. instead of 5mm back from front edge of unit I would add 5+10=15mm in order to avoid the drawer being rubbed against the thickness of door hinges.

I was a little disappointed with the courier not delivering to the address specified, instead I had to go and collect. we have never had a problem with deliveries so don't understand why I had to collect from a central depot.

Well made drawer system that allowed me to simply replace a pull out Drawer that was trapped behind the hinges when I had to replace a pull out shelf with double doors . Video and written instructions very good.

I like the idea of not sending through instructions to keep printing and paper down but the only critisism i have is that the videos could be a little clearer and be easier to understand - more close up shots of what is being done and which pieces are being used would help. I am an experienced DIYer so this was relatively easy for me to assemble but it did take a little time to get my head around the videos before I figured it all out.

Not the first box I’ve ordered, and arguably not the last.
The outer packaging however was damaged and some small items had been lost through the cracks.
If they’d been sellotaped to the copious amounts of corrugated cardboard, I’m sure they’d have survived.
although nobody answered the customer service telephone line, my email procured a response and the missing/lost items were sent the following day.

Good quality. Having bought and fitted the internal drawers before this order was a breeze. Clear instructions. Perfect fit. Works like a dream. My only (slight) complaint is the time it too from order to delivery. The company must be busy, which is good for it, but a small pain for the customer.

Thanks for the review. Unfortunately, the platform only allows the starting from price to show. This part cannot be edited by us. The price goes up as the drawer gets bigger and more material and packaging is required.

The only thing that was less than perfect was DPD missing me at home on 1st delivery attempt and trying to deliver to wrong address on 2nd... 3rd time lucky!

Despatched earlier than expected. Only problem was DPD who went to wrong house so had to collect from shop other side of town.
Good communication from Drawerboxes when trying to sort out delivery.

Efficient service and fast delivery with plenty info on progress. Drawers look good and fit well. Only issues was the instructions provided were for Tandembox model not Metalbox as ordered. That caused a bit of head scratching until I realised.. then it was back to the videos online, but would have been easier with the correct paper copy.

Generally good service from drawerboxes.co.uk, with clear guides for measuring up, and brilliant videos for installing. The product itself is great, of course.
If I had one quibble, it wasn’t clear from the site that the item I was ordering would need manufacturing - the site talks about many items being available next day, where in fact it took the full 8 days. But apart from that, very pleased.
I had to switch to my laptop to complete the order - no joy on iPad.

Please note we do say on our delivery page that the current lead time is 8 working days.
We also offer to try to fulfill any urgent orders on a much shorter timescale, but we would need to be informed at the time of order.
As we offer literally any width, there is the manufacturing of width determined components to be allowed for (eg drawer base and back. Internal fronts).
I'm sorry to hear you had issues checking out on your IPad, we will monitor for any similar reports.
