Shipping was very quick, a little pricey but came the next day which was amazing.
Was provided good advice after I asking a question about the amount of product I needed which was a big help.

Liquids / hazardous / aerosols are more expensive to ship full stop. Nothing we can do about that. You cannot compare shipping an aerosols to a t-shirt for instance. We offer a service where you can use your own shipper if you want. Plus if anyone finds a decent shipper that will take HAZ for less, we would use them...

The questions I asked before ordering were answered quickly and gave me the information I needed to place an order. Following order placement I received regular emails updating me on the status of the order. The goods were dispatched when promised. I really can’t fault the service.

Ummm you bought the Spanish dip, that's why its made in Spain ;). If you wanted the USA dip you should have bought the PlastiDip!?!

Company is great, fast delivery and good order updates. Fulldip areosols are not.
The cans didnt seem like they had full capacity and a couple of them had damaged couplers so the spray heads wouldnt function right splattering everywhere or not spraying at all. the product also would not adhere to the surface well, even the thinnest of coats would run making a smooth finish very difficult. Took 6 cans to get an "ok" finish on 4x16inch wheels, should only take about 4 if it was other brands.

Pleased you like us and what we do. But the metallic bronze you bought, we recommend a black base. You wont have issues then. Never mentioned to us about the cans so we could't fix that issue. But warming them and shaking well helps a lot (vid on the site), its required for PD but recommended for FD.

Shipping abroad is expensive but that is not related to my experience as a customer.
Very good service, quick to respond to requests and "dumb" questions - all in all a very pleasant experience to shop here.

No issue with the company, communication was good as to what was happening with my order. The order came with a sticker however it isn't very aesthetically pleasing so it won't be making its way onto my car.

I bought many cans and most of the nozzles sprayed a jet rather than a spray. Only 2/3 of the 9 nozzles I received actually had a spray pattern rather than a jet stream. I had to scram one piece of work and start over with a different nozzle. Other than that, brilliant!!!

They just want warming up, that's all. PlastiDip requires warming, generally FullDip doesn't. But its a good habit to get in, as ANY aerosol sprays better warmed :).

Fantastic service, shame my old account timed out after about a year or two.
Had to re-register, but that's hardly the end of the world.
Always get good prices on the goods.
I would say (and this may be an issue with the manufacturer most likely) both plasti dip and full dip spray cans often gunk up randomly in about 1 out of 5 cans. Like brand new cans become unusable after only a few sprays and randomly leak. Hopefully this issue could be looked into to increase the quality of the pro.

Hi, thanks for feedback. We changed shop software, that's only reason for no account. Everyone had to re register. Changed it last December.
I have to say, I've never noticed cans fail anywhere near that volume. Maybe 1 out of 2 or 300. Its very rare, and we have now sold 1000's of PD and FD aerosols.
