The patterns and yarn are super but I could only give 1 star for shipping because Shetland Wool Brokers use plastic bags still. If it had been strong paper then I would have given 5 stars.

Thank you for the feedback, all the plastic bags we use are either recyclable or recycled from our shop, we don't use paper bags in case the yarn gets damaged.

I have not received my order. According to tracking, it is not yet in the USPS system.

Hello, your order was posted 2/6 which is only 10 days ago, we are based in Shetland so you have to keep that in mind for delivery times. The tracking states your parcel left the international processing centre on Thursday 8th June so i'm sure it will be with you soon - you should have received a link to the Royal Mail tracking page - that is what you need to refer to.

The contact was very rapid and I got a good council für choice.The yarn arrived somme later than I expected. I was disappointed by the custom fees. I already paid when buying and I paid again when I got the yarn by the post. The customer fees are the double of the amount os the yarn I commanded.

Thank you for your feedback, i have replied to your feedback on the kit, although you feel the colours are not accurate they are as we are told by the pattern and the pattern has been made from those exact shades. If you wish to return the kit you are welcome to, please contact us if you have any other questions.

Thank you for the feedback, we have text on the top page for the patterns that a number of patterns are available as downloads via our ravelry and payhip pages. Many patterns we have are not ours but can also be purchased directly from the designer. The p&p is displayed before payment so if you have placed the order we take the understanding you have seen and accepted the charge.

Have just recieved my kit it is useless pattern has no abreviation on it so i cannot follow patternso have paid for kit i cannot knit very unhappy.

Had to pay a lot for shipping and then 9 euros in customs. You need to sell downloadable PDFs.

Thank you for your feedback, we do explain on the pattern page here: https://jamiesmith.oxatis.com/patterns-c102x2833507 that many of our patterns are available on Ravelry and Payhip and that it will be cheaper for you to purchase that way. If the pattern is not one of ours you can usually purchase it directly from the designer.
