Obsolete parts at sensible prices. Unfortunately, parts ordered 20/03/2023, but not delivered until 13/04/2023. Sporadic responses to queries about the delay. It's a good job these parts were not for a customer, since they would have been without hot water for over three weeks..

Customer service poor. Discrepancy in the paperwork accompanying the item needed to be addressed urgently as it involved money. Two attempts to contact the company were ignored, necessitating my visiting the bank, not particularly easy in the present climate and taking up a considerable time
Shipping non problem as was the packaging.

I ordered and paid for this item to be shipped to Italy. After 9 days I contacted the company, who having sat on the money for 9 days, informed me that they would not ship to Italy, despite their website saying it does. We agreed to have it sent to my billing address in the U.K. That has now taken a further 5 days and there has been no refund for the postage charged for sending it to Italy. The product is good, the service was terrible!

Your service was brilliant, unfortunately Parcel-force let you down..! driver drove straight past the site then returned to depot, spent the best part of a hour on the phone to Parcel-force and was told it would be re-delivered on the Saturday, i thought it best to check in the morning it was on its way..only to be told it wouldn't be delivered until Monday, Which was no good, it needed to be installed on the Saturday as concrete was being pumped in at 7am Monday morning, appalling courier.

This item is manufactured by Zilmet not Vaillant and as such the description is misleading this also means it is not an OEM part as advertised as OEMs are manufacturers who resell another company's product under their own name and branding. That having been said the item is compatible with boilers noted in the item description, this is however an important point as the price difference between this item and one with a Vaillant stamp is considerable.

I give the shipping 1 star because of the size of the box it was delivered in I know why the p&p price was so expensive from the box size that's how you make more money by charging more for the p&p then the cost of the item.

Note this is not a Vaillant branded part but a Zilmet branded part - the product description does not make this point clear although I understand this product was an OEM part on older Vaillant boilers. It needs to be clear as Zilmet branded vessels can be purchased for less then Vaillant stamped vessel's.

In fact have not evaluated the merchandise yet but it is a OEM part so I have no concerns.

You only find out how good the company is when things go wrong. The part was not delivered but after I contacted customer services another part was sent out without delay. Thanks.

Shower arrived within suggested time, but remote unit didn't. Telephoned and was told they had just come in and would be dispatched first class royal mail. One week later and nothing delivered. Called again to be told they had been delivered that day (thursday 17/11) and were being dispatched by royal mail 1st class. Asked it they could confirm my unit was dispatched and was told yes. Now saturday and still not delivered. Annoying because the web page showed both shower and remote as stock items.

.Ordering was simple and the product was despatched quickly. But Royal Mail lost the package!

Clickonbathrooms sent a replacement without quibbling. I just wish they would use a different courier.

Item sent to the wrong address. Address inside was correct but wrong house number on the label. We were lucky to receive it promptly. Item was received nearly a week after placing the order - not so good for first class delivery.

Item is excellent.

Phoned customer service once and was told item was send (3 days after order placed), 1working day later phoned by customer services to say Royal Mail had cocked up and item would be delivered in 2 days. Not too impressive but at least they calle.

The 2-3 day delivery took 7 days because the first package never arrived. After contacting Clickonbathrooms the second time they did dispatch the order again for next day delivery.

Good firm let down by poor shipping.
