Order placed and then no communication, so had to chase delivery. Delivery then arrived with no notice and driver nearly killed himself trying to unload pallets alone.
manufactured formed concrete items are poorly finished, do not have flat faces so do not level up and have to be shimmed upto 12mm in places, Jointing cement is no where near enough to fill joints, so you will need a tub of fire cement, Fire bricks do noy line up as indicated.
All in all a poor quality product.

Order took 11 days to arrive, in fact after 7 days I emailed the sales website address to ask if it was in stock and actually being sent. I didn't get a reply.
Shame that the service, delivery and communication has let down a really top quality grill product.
If you are prepared to wait the Grill Rack is excellent.

Not happy customer.

I can't fault the bbq of the shipping but the customer service afterwards is terrible. I have sent emails and left voicemails (they don't answer the phone) requesting a VAT receipt and they don't bother to reply. The bbq was £900 and I can't claim the VAT back because they haven't sent me a VAT receipt so it's effectively cost me an extra £180. Even an acknowledgment would be appreciated.

Expensive postage but I guess thats not your fault.

Merchandise let down by poor quality brackets.
No idea of customer service as more of the save brackets would be useless, so I made my own.
