Boxing has damage on top right hand corner - should be fit for purpose as boxing has to be cut into shorter lengths. Not enough packing protection on corners ?

The product looks ok and as advertised, but the shipping is not cheap and the merchandise turned up damaged and unusable. I will be contacting the vendor first thing Monday for a replacement. Holding the job up👎

Shipping was prompt and informed by delivery when delivered.
Goods were what was ordered and good value.
But Verda pipe boxing was damaged. Have sent email and photos to verify and would like advice as what to do.

Ordered online without any human interaction, Excellent product delivered promptly. Although covered in stickers saying FRAGILE, delivery driver just chucked it down on to doorstep! Considering delivery charges are Very HIGH, this part of the supply chain was let down. On the plus side the product was so well wrapped that it was completely undamaged. The seller called 'encasement', needs to look closer at quality of delivery company they use. Not their fault that is why they get 5 stars.

The parcel arrived torn apart with several items damaged.

I emailed Rachael and sent photos of the damaged goods. They were immediately replaced and arrived the next day in perfect condition with a different courier.

The product is excellent for its purpose and thank you Rachael.

The shipping of product was extremely quick although the corners of box had slight damage. I was extremely disappointed that there was no seal for bottom of casing included in the consignment as shown on product video on Encasement website. I will be phoning the company on their return from Christmas break to establish why this was not included in shipment.

Fast delivery but the product was damaged at both ends. Luckily there was enough undamaged for my requirements though I had to do two cuts instead of one.

£14.95 p&p for one small item is unreasonable IMO. I had to add a connector and there was no alternative.

Very poor quality in regard the the finish of the product and that the board was badly cupped. Had to attach skirting to the trunking to get the cupping out. Probably will need to paint the item to get an acceptable finish. However when this work is done it will look very good and my customer will be very happy with the results.

Product good quality and looks good when fitted.
I found product online for my elderly neighbour, as a kind gesture. Unfortunely, I had problems with the website order process, and had to order a second product. Resulting on myself being out of pocket for the first product, to return the 295 high product would be too expensive and still leave me out of pocket of the postage, especially when I not working.

Took longer than expected to arrive and £14 for delivery is far too much when
A small parcel delivery cost from Royal Mail is £3.30 first class.

The item was dispatched on the 3rd of May and they attempted to deliver 3 times (perhaps when your address was closed) before the couriers delivered this.

Many thanks for your feedback. As per our conversation, the battens are as an optional extra which is shown on the same page as the product to purchase. On this occasion we did not send any battens out as they were not purchased.
