It took six weeks for it to arrive.
The impression I got from using it was very good.
Combined with the Chicago rim I purchased earlier, it is very controllable and produces the exact tone I want.

The use of the website needs improving. In my orders placed section, there are three orders stated as being 'processed'. One was cancelled, the other two have been delivered. There's no point in having an order tracking page unless it is active and updated.

SLOW DELIVERY!
Package hasn’t arrived yet. Shipping is more than bad! Order made 2022-12-11. Problems with card and paypal payment so I had to pay through bank order and it took some extra time. The package was at the post office 2022-12-14 and left Britain 2023-01-04! It has been with customs in sweden since then. Today I received a letter which told me to pay customs. Hopefully I will have my package next week. Considered that the package is marked express I find the delivery VERY slow.

Also, at the time, I offered a suggestion that the multiple horns pieces shown on the website should have 'number of horns' shown clearly for each entry, rather than having to open each entry one-by-one to find out. I have had absolutely no feedback from this suggestion, duff or otherwise.

Hope this helps - will definitely be coming back, so please don't be offended!

Why was sheet music sent along with rotor oil and other accessories in a padded envelope? Inevitably the sheet music was crumpled in transitwhich is why I haven't given a 5 * review. Otherwise all good.

Items took 8 days to get to me despite first class post. only a partial address had been written on the envelope. After 4 days I rang to check if they had used the billing address instead of the shipping address. The person on the phone was unable to tell me which address had been used - suggested I wait until next week and call again. The net result was that the music did not arrive in time for the concert it was needed for ( which took place 6days after the order was placed).

My CD arrived in a reasonable time but, these days, the absence of a "Dispatched" notification leaves one feeling a little uncertain.

Unfortunately the customer has to pay for the retour packet which is not a common procedure.

When I sent it back I got my money back about 3 weeks later. But it was`t the full sum. I paid about 80 Euro for the delivery and only got 70 Euro back.
So all in all this was an expensive order!

The customer service was quick and helpful.

I placed my order ten days ago and Paxman still hasn't shipped it yet nor have they notified me with a reason as to why it's been delayed. I had planned on ordering more items but if this is typical of Paxman's service I think I'll shop elsewhere.

Update 18-Apr-2017: My order arrived in perfect condition and the postmark shows that the package was shipped on Apr 6, the day after I ordered. Oddly, the Paxman website today still shows my order as "Order Being Processed" rather than shipped.

Order was dispatched the day after ordering by signed and tracked delivery. Item was held up in the United States postal system. Customer has now received order.

I have not received the items yet and it is not possible to track my order (or it is possoble but I am not able to find out how to do this).
About paxman products i can only say that they are fantastic (I have got a Paxman horn and some Paxman mouthpieces) and I am sure that also these items, which I do not have yet, are as good as always.
