Thank you for your feedback, i have replied to your other feedback - The pattern instructions for the Stole are on pages 4 & 5 and the Scarf is on page 8 & 9.

Shipping was very expensive for the pattern.

Thank you for the feedback, we offer set delivery pricing which does mean for smaller items like patterns it is more expensive but overall its better value for the majority of orders.

I ordered grey. I received brown. Having used natural colour fiber before, I am aware that it can vary but this is definitely brown. And I am expected to pay the postage to return it. I expected better from a respected shop.

Thank you for the review, I am sorry the experience was poor for you, We have updated the project page to make it clearer, we haven't had this issue ever before with the tops so hopefully will not again.
