Nothing to say on the order that it had been despatched. No way of contacting to check, had to find phone number on Facebook. Took nearly two weeks to get here, so had to go elsewhere to source item.

Ordered two Keston Flue thermostats
Package arrived promptly, But only contained ONE
Have sent MDS 9 e-mails, to - sales, mdsoffice, gmail, & messaging on their website
NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER
Strikes me this is their business model & would not order from them again
Ignoring customers is not a good idea.
Am now instituting a Paypal chargeback, may only be £15 but there are principles.

I ordered the part and did not get within your promise of delivery service,I understand that it was a bank holiday period but no update from your customer service team,this is very poor.

Ordered sat morning came wed first class royal mail I no these normally come in packs of five so the initial price is good but 4 pound to put in an envelope and post is suspect so what was great price to start with by hiking delivery price might as well bought five and sold them myself this is why wouldn't use again as I am a plumber/heating eng.

The parts i ordered isnt what i recieved, it had the right code on the packaging but the parts are different from what is on the web site and i need to change them. thanks Nolen Pascoe.

Item was not as described on seller's site. Phoned seller re return & refund - said they would arrange with Royal Mail for collection. Postman knew nothing about such an arrangement. Item was returned via Post Office and postage paid for. Seller has not been in contact since.

Correct items were sent as described, but shipping was very expensive and very slow. Charged almost £5 postage to send two small rubber O rings in a jiffy bag by 1st Class Recorded post. Didn't despatch on day of order as stated and so arrived 5 days later than expected as it spanned a weekend.

Still not received item after 2 weeks. Can't comment on item as I don't have it. As for the customer service|| The first phone call achieved nothing. Second phone call next day. got me through to a different dept who where actually very helpful and sort the issue out. Turns out they FORGOT TO SEND MY ORDER. If you get through to the right person the customer service was good but it seems to be a lucky dip. The five stars are for the person who finally sorted the problem out.

I paid for 24 hour delivery which should have been delivered on Friday but the items didn't get delivered until Monday and to the wrong address. Whilst chasing up the items I was promised a call back that never arrived. As the delivery was late I was promised a refund of the delivery charge which has never been received.

Ordered 3 - only one arrived. Promised over the phone 2 in the post by return - they did not arrive. e-mailed to reiterate and explain. e-mail ignored. Eventualy after 2 weeks chasing them, promised outstanding 2 in the post - and they did arrive 1st class the next day.

I paid extra to have a first class next day delivery and it arrived five days later by which time I had got the part somewhere else cheaper. Very poor service and I would not recommend you!

Having been advised that my part was in the post, by e-mail, upon a search on-line, and calls to your sale team, it turned out that 3 day's after order placement, my item had NOT BE SHIPPED :O(
Not good !...
However, the sales man I discussed this with, was very helpful, found out what went wrong,called me back, got it in the post that day, and it arrived Saturday :O).

Charged for packaging but used a recycle box. Ok, that's fine but one of the product was just thrown in loose without any bubble wrap whatsoever. Very unprofessional and you get a feeling staff don't care. Emailed both this address and the sales office and receive NO replies. Avoid at best unless you can't find the parts elsewhere.

Pump was sent to my invoice address, not delivery address, which meant didn't get the pump for a further two days as was not at home (reason I needed pump delivered to another address).

Requested parcel to be left at no 8 if not in,failed to do so on 2 occasions,i had to go to parcel force depot in Cambridge to collect a return trip of 30 miles.
After installation shower leaked device engineer had called to rectify so will monitor as advised by engineer will be in better position to comment on merchandise later in week.
Dealt with transaction via internet.

The delivery was messed up big time. I paid for the express delivery and it did not arrival in the allotted time. After chasing on a number of occasions I was told the shower has been delivered by mistake to some other part of the country. I was then told a new shower would be sent out for a Saturday am delivery. After waiting in all Saturday it did not arrive. It took 8 days for it to arrive. Still haven't received my £50 discount I was promised. So many promises broken. Very poor service..

On inspection the item had a broken elbow joint, requiring an engineer from Atlantis to visit to replace.
Then on installation the regeneration was faulty and the whole unit had to be replaced.

Paid to get item on a Saturday it didn't come, so didn't get it till Tuesday so lost two days work all because some one forgot to post it, so I'm three days down and two days wages wish I hadn't bothered with the company

I order from this company as the price was the best online I could find for the products I wanted. I was told I would get an email to confirm when the item was being delivered - I didn't. Also the packaging was poor, my second item only secured into the box by a piece of A4 paper. Even after contacted the company's regarding these issues, I didn't even get the courtesy of a response.

Pleased with the shower and the price, but not the service. We paid extra for a 24 hour delivery service, waited in all day, no delivery. Emailed to ask for a refund of the additional delivery charge, no reply from the company. Shower turned up the next day.
