Love the knife but not the customer care.i would not use again .I received a e.mail saying we will post today 2 days later I get an email from royal mail saying we are waiting on your parcel.

Was sold a used work sharp ken onion knife sharpener, the knife guide has scratches and there was metal dust from usage. I am too lazy to go through the process of returning.

Sorry you have had an issue. We sell ONLY new items delivered to us directly by the Wroksharp Distributor so not sure why this was the case. PLease be assured that you have a full 12 month warranty if there are an issues. Sorry again this happened.

Fantastic prices and products , customer service ,grumpy ,all I asked was ,are there any current discount codes running for online purchases,abruptly the answer was in equivocally NO !
However I did indeed find a discount code ,Great sales knowledge, this is not the first time I have had attitude from this male individual Richard .The first time was when I mistakenly ordered a solo stove ranger ring by accident, and wanted to return it for the correct solo stove bonfire ring.

Product itself and delivery service from Tamarack Outdoors was terrific but when you see the same product you ordered, upon this review request, has been further reduced in their sale by a value greater than £20 all within 14 days of my order it does make you feel annoyed somewhat as a customer.
