Ordered items on 3 occasions to be delivered direct to site..2 out of three deliveries delivered to our head office when "shipping address" clearly marked on the label

product good but delivery service rubbish, particularly when you have to pay premium price for it !

The parcel was due to be delivered on 26.11.18, but wasn't delivered and I didn't receive notification that delivery was attempted. I called APC on 28.11.18 to find out where the parcel was and was told by the operator that the delivery was attempted on 26.11.18 at 12:05 but the intercom wasn't working, which isn't true as Amazon delivered a parcel later on that day wit no issues.
I picked up the parcel from my local depot myself as I didn't trust APC.

Thank you for sharing your experience about our 3rd party parcel service. We dispatch many items daily using a number of different carriers and are pleased to say that the majority of goods are received next day without issue. We would have gladly assisted and contacted APC on your behalf, but are pleased this matter was resolved.
