Terrible service. Haven’t received a simple order almost 3 weeks later. No one answers the customer services phone line. Won’t be shopping here again in a hurry.

Goods, when they eventually arrived , were as ordered and the price was very competitive. Had difficulty getting through on the phone to chase up my order but emails were mostly answered promptly. I find that in a small shower cubicle it is difficult to angle the shower head as there is no tilt mechanism
on the shower head holder. That said, it looks very stylish and is of good quality as you would expect from Briistan.

Probably one of the worst companies I've come across.
Placed order as web site stated parts were in stock.
On paying for the parts found that the parts weren't in stock.I stated faithful and said I would continue with order.
I received half the order a week ago but without the other part it's useless.
Friday I was told the part would be delivered it is now Thursday following week and still no part.
Should of used local plumbers merchant,ay ho.

Item ordered on 16 Oct, despatched on 17 Oct but not received by 24 Oct. Was told 10 minutes after sending an email to enquire about delivery was advised it was allegedly lost in transit.
Was told this item was out of stock even though it was still appearing on the web-site with an offer of same day despatch if ordered by 3pm. When no alternative options offered order cancelled and was told I would be receiving a refund in due course.
Will not use PLUMB2U for any future requirements.

5 bags ordered and payed for Only 3 bags arrived . On two occasions you have been advised by phone --still not got them--service-rubbish !

Unfortunately, the item was delivered smashed. So cannot rate the product. They were quick to refund me, although I was asked to dispose of the broken mirror. So customer service was good when things go wrong, which inevitably will when DX deliver anything.

8 October I placed an order and they confirmed the order and charged my card
9 October They confirmed shipment
10 October They cancelled the order - not in stock

Item arrived beaten up and opened. Clearly very poorly packaged and had come open in transit. Appliance was exposed to elements and knocked around.

Not happy because plumbu2 only sent 4 of my 5 products paid for initially. I had to prove by sending photos that the 5th item was missing, so a questionmark over how careful plumbu2 are about orders on my opinion.

I have not yet received the order. It was placed over a week ago and have had no indication when to expect it. Am not at all satisfied with the service!
Order now received. My review referred to shipping not merchandise (see left section). Initial letter from Plumb2U said tracking available. No such tracking existed.
The actual item is excellent and of high quality. No problem there.

Delivery guy dropped it in front of the house despite telling them via their portal to leave it inside the garage.

Terrible experience after I spent over two thousand pounds with them they just don’t give a s—t! Shipping was late product was ok. Plumb2 u don’t want to know if the product arrived or works. In the end I had to get the tradesmen on site to find the number for the local representative of the company who produced the product to get any them to send replacement parts to us. If you have people on site waiting for a Plumb2u delivery? Make sure they are not on a day rate! Shocking service.

I received the item on time. There was a bit of damage to the box( photo available) but no damage to the product. On installing the shower we noted that two rings were missing. These are used to cosmetically attach to each collar. Only one set was included instead of two. I contacted Plumb2u by email and received a quick reply that I should contact the manufacturer.
I think that you could have done better from a customer care point of view.

The product took 6 working days before it was delivered. When I rang customer service all they could tell me was that it was with the courier. Even though I had a tracking number I was unable to track the product.

Wrong item was delivered, no stock to replace my incorrect item, although good customer service to try and resolve this.

Ordered on the 07/01/23 and chased on the 24/01/23 as cylinder had still not been delivered.

Order process easy. In confirmation email I was made aware of delivery delay, due to Postal disputes, over which plumb2u had no control.
I was disappointed that my valve arrived in bits. It was in a sealed bag, without any protection & whilst not ‘broken’ it needed reassembling which, without any supporting PDF doc showing the complete valve was very difficult.
I suggest that complicated items with moving parts are shipped with protective ‘bubble wrap’ type padding to prevent transit damage.

ORDERED PUMP AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS BEING SHIPPED NEXT DAY, THEY THEN TOOK TO PAYMENT
NEXT DAY THEY SAID THE SHIPMENT WAS LOST( HOW COULD THEY BECAUSE I KNOW IT WAS NEVER COLLECTED BY THE CARRIER)
TWO WEEKS LATER I RECEIVED ANOTHER PUMP
WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
