Thanks for the review. We are surprised to get a 2 for customer service when we manufactured special sized packers as a one off. We accomodated your non standard set up, discussed at length over the phone and supplied in the normal timeframe at no extra charge.

Let down by the courier service, the order was in 3 boxes all delivered on separate days and damaged.
Drawerboxes have said they will replace immediately unfortunately probably with the same delivery company!

We wish to apologise for this unacceptable service from our courier. It is unusual to have 3 damaged boxes on one order. We have contacted them today to find out what went wrong.
In their defence, we have found that DPD provide the highest standard of service (compared to their competition) consistently measured over a 6 month period.
We are surprised at the merchandise rating of 3. Our products are of the highest standard, and over 95% of users give the merchandise 5 stars. Please let us know where we can improve in this case.
