One of the oil bottles leaked in transit, because its cap was not properly secured. This damaged other mail items in the postie's mail sack, which meant she had to knock on other doors in the street to apologise. The packaging was too poor to contain an oil spillage. I emailed a comment about this to the vendor, but received no reply. I will avoid them in future.

I ordered on 8th December and the items weren't even shipped before Christmas. I emailed to complain and ask the whereabouts of the items on 24th December and received no response from customer service. The items eventually arrived on 28th December, 3 weeks later.

The case works well, thank you. However, waiting for weeks for the shipment without any updates about whether the order will be shipped or not, without anything happening before contacting customer service is less than satisfactory. The case was also missing the mouthpiece pouch, so I would strongly encourage Paxman to polish their routines to check that all is in place, before dispatching items. (The pouch was dispatched later, upon request.).

This order never arrived, although the money has been taken out of my account! I have called paxman twice and am now waiting for a back order of the rims to arrive from the US before I am posted one.

I cannot give you a review because I have yet to receive what I ordered. My paypal account says that you’ve already received payment though. At least one of us is happy!!

Order was sent to billing address instead of shipping address.
After contacting the company they sent a new order to the same wrong address!
Unreliable as far as shipping goes.
