I ordered on 8th December and the items weren't even shipped before Christmas. I emailed to complain and ask the whereabouts of the items on 24th December and received no response from customer service. The items eventually arrived on 28th December, 3 weeks later.

The case works well, thank you. However, waiting for weeks for the shipment without any updates about whether the order will be shipped or not, without anything happening before contacting customer service is less than satisfactory. The case was also missing the mouthpiece pouch, so I would strongly encourage Paxman to polish their routines to check that all is in place, before dispatching items. (The pouch was dispatched later, upon request.).
