I wanted to leave zero stars, the service I’ve received is nonexistent, every message has been ignored, I orders well over a month ago with an expected 7 days delivery, I still haven’t received it yet, I don’t know how this company is still in business if this is how they treat people who part with their hard earned money, it’s beyond unacceptable, I’ve seen other reviews where the seller cannot be bothered to keep in touch, it’s disgusting. I need a refund, paid another seller for one now.

What can I say, impossible to contact this company! No reply to emails, telephone calls or voicemails! More so they sold a bbq that was not in stock, causing a long wait, only to find this company uses another company to supply. The same company I would have preferred to purchase from but they were out of stock at the time, which they were £49 cheaper but went with planetbbq as not wanting to wait! No customer service, selling non stocked items and at increased prices.

Can not comment as i have not received my order and have not been able to contact anyone on any of the two telephone numbers and had no reply to the e-mail i sent so at the moment i am not happy with this company.

When I bought the barbecue, my expectation was to receive it and to have it assembled on the same day.
When the parcel came with the barbecue dismantled, the courier (one man) said it couldn't bring it indoors...and it is too heavy to have it lifted just by me.
At the moment, the barbecue is outside of my house, partially blocking my front door. I'm going to have to pay an extra £150 to hire someone to put the parcel in-doors (garden) and to assembly it on my own. Never again.

I am unable to review the product as its not been delivered and to date I have had no response to my email requesting an update on a delivery timeframe. When I ordered the product on the 03 July it said in stock clearly this was not the case!

I cannot give feedback as order has not arrived. Phones are not answered and email not responded to. Have left messages via Facebook and Twitter with no response. Extremely disappointed and customer service absent. I have put one star as it was the only way this could be submitted. If out of stock just let me know. If you have gone bankrupt please communicate!

I couldn't possibly comment as I haven't yet received this BBQ?? I was told 5-7 days, tomorrow will be 7 days since I ordered it??
