Well it still hasn’t arrived so seeings as when it does we have to pay extra for an electrician to come back out and fit it with no notice that it would be nearly 2 weeks arriving instead of the 5days we were told! 1 star is too much!

The package was well wrapped. When I removed the outer package, the box was damaged and appeared to have been previously opened. The contents appeared to have been used and returned as they were poorly placed in the box and the batteries were loose and not wrapped as would normally be expected.
I ordered the same thermostat a few weeks previously and this was clearly an unused item so I had a direct comparison.
I would not order from this company again if they sell previously used items as new.

I haven’t received this order which was placed on 9th October. I wasn’t informed that it was out of stock and the tracking on the Plumb2u website stated the order had been shipped and was with one of their shipping partners. It wasn’t until I requested a tracking number the following week, that I was informed of the order status and stock wasn’t expected until 24th October. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and this will delay the completion of my bathroom renovation.

Two of these were ordered on the 13th. Plumb2u only sent one. I have raised this with the customer services team and provided proof that I have only received one. I keep getting fobbed off with dates that constantly change or excuses that they're in dispute with the manufacturer, which is why I haven't received the 2nd seat. I'm now getting no responses to my emails at all. Understandably this is having a knock-on effect to our customer who is waiting for these to be fitted. Poor service.

Item in stock on website at a good price so ordered. Received email after paying saying delivery time was up to 7 working days. Emailed for update after a week and was given a delivery date which would have taken it to 8 working days. On that day rang customer service to check delivery to be told that it was still with supplier so cancelled the order. What a waste of time.
I then ordered through Screwfix who had next day delivery to store.
My advice is to pay a bit more for a reliable service.

Product never arrived. No tracking information given apart from a general message.
Emailed after 2 weeks. No reply. Contacted through PayPal to request action/refund. Once that was in motion, refund very swift and communication via PayPal.
No mention of product never appearing

UNRELIABLE LET DOWN JOKERS. Ordered on 25.04.24 03.05.24 1-2 DAY DELIVERY Plumber arrives & I call to see where the water softener is? your call centre says it has just arrived from supplier today (03.04.24) & will be delivered in 2-3 working days! That is delivery on the 8/9.04! No prior communications from Plumb2ujokers to let me know of late delivery! Thanks for claiming to sell something in stock, you do not have in & not delivering as per your claim & costing me unnecessary plumber fees.

Part Never arrived ( 3 week waiting ) - I chased Customer services and they say they shipped a new part. I chased again after 10 days. They say the part not available even though they still advertise it.
Customer Services were polite but totally reactive not proactive. Totally not a good experience..
And I ordered from elsewhere and had the item in two days. Why couldn't they say they had no stock !!

Substandard service bought a ideal vogue max 40
Arrived with parts missing and booklet packs with a manufactured date of nearly 5 years
Paida deposit of £250 pound for a engineer to fit on a specific date but the boiler was unsuitable to be fitted due to parts missing etc
I ran plumb2u on numerous occasions to get this collected the first two attempts sent couriers that wouldn't take it due to size and weight that was.

Sent an email for an update on my order (still not received). Money taken straight away but product not received. Allowed plenty of time for the product to be delivered but now have to go and buy from another supplier as I have run out!

Good item and company, but only until you ask for a return and refund ; it will take ages , no communication or very poor customer service.
Finally returned item and still waiting for my refund till now.
