Delivered two days late, although kept informed of this. Reported appalling contamination of the product that was to the level I was considering reporting it to the authorities, and have been completely ignored. If you want to grow your vegetables and plants in filthy, shredded litter, and not get replies to emails voicing serious concerns, then this is the product and the supplier for you. If not, look elsewhere.

Sadly, slow delivery as I had to phone up and enquire when the delivery was due to take place, issues regarding stock availability and had to have second delivery of materials six days later missing my scheduled build date. Again I had to enquire second delivery date.
Poor service.

Not in stock. Not told when order placed, not in stock. Not delivered this week (as promised). No word as to when it WILL be delivered. Didn't reply or acknowledge my email. Hard to see how they could have done much worse...

Afternoon, looked into your orders, you pre ordered your goods on 20th for delivery 30th or 31st of the month, both were delivered on time in full as requested. The review requests are sent out shortly after the orders are placed, you could have waited until the day of delivery to review? Anyway hope the goods are to your liking.

I have checked your order as we pride ourselves on our delivery service. You selected (and if you look at your order confirmation) click & collect so your goods were ready for you to pick up on the day requested.

For some obscene reason you thought it was great customer service telling me you were out of stock 12:30 on the day of delivery (ordered over a week ago)

Customer service, again thinking it is acceptable to tell me it will turn up, when it turns up maybe next week, and when we can be bothered to actually deliver, it will again be within 7 - 4pm, but it’s absolutely impossible to give you a window of even 3 hours, (like your driver has zero plan and is just zig zagging around as he pleases).

Delivery driver very abrupt bordering on rude, told he couldn’t drop near to area as may damage grass verge, then damaged verge with support arm for the wagon anyway. No colour of stones mentioned as grey until delivery either?

Ordered the product as it was supposed to be in stock - it wasn't. Despite waiting for over a week for the goods to be delivered they never arrived so I cancelled the order. When you need materials to complete the work you need a reliable service. Sadly this wasn't' the case here.

Hi, thanks for your review, just checked the email trail you were sent a confirmation of delivery date at 16.43 on 19th, advising of Friday 21stand instructions re the delivery. The delivery note was left with the goods, we can email a copy if you need another. Other than what I hoped was a nice surprise having your goods for the weekend the products met your expectation.

Waited a week before they contacted to be told delivery would be a month and not a week . Waited a month and contacted them again and told delivery would be another month. Cancelled order and asked for refund . Dreadful service only responded when I contacted them. Guess if I hadn’t pushed the order would have stayed on the todo list.

Fully agree very poor service, shows we do have humans working for us, your order was an extended delivery product and not processed correctly at our end, system tightened so it doesn't happen again. Apologies and I can see you refund was done as requested. Dave A.

I can’t comment as I haven’t received the goods yet. I got an email on Wed 15th July to say that delivery would be made in 1-3 working days so I took some time off work to prepare the area to be gravelled. Then on Monday 20th July I received another email to say that you don’t have the goods in stock so there’ll be a delay in delivery. Very disappointing as I wanted to have the job finished and if I hadn’t received the initial email saying 1-3 days I wouldn’t have taken time off then.

Hi, your order was click & collect so you won't be receiving the goods. We emailed you at 9am on Sunday 12th , the day after your order we placed advising they are ready for collection the next day. The goods are still awaiting your collection.

You were telephoned and spoke to Steve shortly after your order was placed explaining the product was on extended delivery and you asked to be called when in it was in to arrange delivery. The item is due tomorrow we will call you to arrange delivery.

I haven’t received any email to say I can pick my product up yet. Does it really take 2 weeks? I also think it’s cheeky forcing the customer to leave you at least a 1 star rating. Because in this situation 1 star is 1 star too many. Will not be ordering from you again and if I don’t hear anything from you in the next 48 hours I will take further action. Very poor.

Your order was received at 9am on Sunday 21st June for 1 small 25kg bag of sand, you were emailed back at 1050am that morning saying it could be picked up on Monday after 9am. Rather than wait 2 weeks and complain I would have made a quick call on Monday . We will arrange your refund and cancel the order.

Hi Just confirm our email of 9th June, says the item is on extended delivery and may be up to 5 weeks, so still a few weeks away from being delivered.

Order was not processed correctly. The goods were said to be delayed 24 hours. Then upon collection 24 hours later the goods in fact were not available with a lead time of four days. The staff desk were disorganised and no leadership was show when dealing with the issues? Very poor service and a zero result with regards to getting the order? Would never use Parrs again!!

Sorry we didn't meet your expectations with this order but looking at the order trail, we did email you asking a question about your order which you didn't respond to and then followed with a phone call to your wife. You missed the cut off date for your 4 roils of turf and at your request order cancelled and refunded.

Very disappointed this time round.

Called them on the day of delivery only to be told its not coming. Would have been nice to be told the day before after spending all day preparing the top soil.

Turf arrived a week later, late afternoon but drop off was quick and easy

Started to lay the turf and noticed it was full of annual meadow grass, a common grass weed that spreads like wildfire. Some rolls were ripped to shreds and made laying quite difficult. I also noticed it was full of th.

Haven't received this order yet. Website is not working correctly. What you are asking about is only part of my order. Last time I got yellow sand it had gravel in it. Not ideal.

Shocking service, ordered online and heard nothing for a week until I rang to find out about my order, to be told they had sold out. When asked about being refunded was told to contact my bank. I explained that my bank doesn’t have the money any more yours does. He told me he would speak to accounts and arrange a refund. Over two weeks and I’m still waiting for my refund. Would not recommend!!!

After over a week of waiting for my order I had to chase up when my order would arrive only to be told the quarry was closed and they do not know when it would reopen. Obviously did not want to inform me at the beginning so they could secure my order this now making me wait even longer.
So cancelled order due to principle to be told it would take 10 days for a refund. Disgusting customer care, Will not be using this company ever again.

I was asked what date i would like so i gave 2 days notice - nothing was said about it taking a week to deliver - i had 2 blokes here waiting to put the fence up - i had to pay them for standing doing nothing most of the day - so thank you for that - i have used you for years as a builder myself but since getting an injury i cannot manage at moment - you need to work on your communication.

I appreciate the situation and the fact that you only started delivering on Monday 22nd but a simple email with an estimate of delivery date would be very nice. Getting an email to review the shipping and merchandise before I have received it doesn't improve the situation.
